Family-friendly policies
Biotest supports work-family balance – in the interests of our employees as well as of the company as a whole. We want it to be easy for skilled, qualified young parents to return to work. We therefore offer many different individually tailored part-time work models. In July 2015 we opened our own daycare for the children of staff, so that parents can know their children are well cared for while they are at work. It stands out among other things for its generous hours: children are welcome here from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aside from a few days at the end of the year, the daycare will be open every day.
Company location
Biotest's headquarters is located in the Dreieich commercial area, a city of some 40,000 people in the heart of the Rhine-Main region. Dreieich is located between Frankfurt and Darmstadt in the Offenbach district and is easy to reach with public transportation – for example it is just a half-hour from the Frankfurt train station. The Frankfurt airport is less than 20 kilometres away.
Those who drive to work park for free in our company car park directly on our premises.
There is plenty to do in the area in your spare time: you not only find a broad cultural offer in nearby Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz, but the outdoor recreation and sports opportunities of Spessart, Taunus and Odenwald are right at the doorstep.
