The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) regulates corporate responsibility for compliance with human rights in global supply chains. This includes, for example, protection against child labor, the right to fair wages and protection of the environment.
In the declaration of principles published here, Biotest AG sets out

- what the human rights and environmental expectations of employees and suppliers are.
This policy statement expands the existing corporate codes of conduct and the supplier code of conduct to include explanations on how to deal with and comply with human rights and environmental due diligence obligations throughout the supply chain.
