We believe in transparent processes based on respect and collaborative behavior. Our Business Development team handles in and out-licensing activities as well as M&A and alliance management.

Our team is responsible for the entire process of identification and evaluation of the opportunity, negotiations of agreements and implementation in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. Mutual beneficial deal structures and an open communication with our partners is our basis of success.

Step 1: Identification

Connect with us either through our email address or at BIO events in US and Europe

Step 2: Evaluation

We review your non-confidential information with a team of scientists and marketers and in general will notify our managing board already about your opportunity at this step
We discuss with you your confidential information in-depth after closure of a confidentiality agreement
In case of ongoing interest we perform a due diligence

Step 3: Negotiation: Setting up the terms of the proposed cooperation

 Term Sheet negotiations
 Contract negotiations
 Final execution of agreements

Step 4: Alliance Management

We assign an individual alliance manager and/or a scientific project leader to the collaboration
