On 15 July 2015 Biotest AG reorganises stock exchange listing due to share split with the ration one to three. By implementing the capital increase and the share split the existing shareholder structure does not change.
The share capital of Biotest AG amounted to € 33,767,639.04 before the capital increase and was divided into 6,595,242 ordinary shares and 6,595,242 preference shares without voting rights. Thus, one ordinary or preference share had a proportional amount of the share capital of € 2.56. After the implementation of the capital increase from capital funds by € 5,803,812.96 to € 39,571,452.00 without issuing new shares and the share split, each former holder of one existing ordinary or preference share now holds three ordinary or preference shares with a proportional amount of the share capital of € 1.00. After capital increase and share split the ordinary shares and prefernece share amount to each 19,785,726 shares.
The previous year's figures have been adjusted to the new amount of shares.
