Pursuant to § 15a German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), members of the management board and supervisory board of Biotest AG, as well as any other persons performing executive functions with Biotest AG, are obliged to notify Biotest AG and the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) of own transactions in Biotest shares, or financial instruments based on them. The notification duty also applies to individuals and legal entities closely associated with such persons.

Biotest AG will disclose details of any such transactions on this website without undue delay and will transmit to the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority evidence of such disclosure.
