Pursuant to Art. 19 Market Abuse Regulation (EU/596/2014) ("MAR") members of the management board and supervisory board of Biotest AG, as well as any other persons performing executive functions with Biotest AG, are obliged to notify Biotest AG and the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) of own transactions in Biotest shares, or financial instruments based on them.
